Integration Session

Integration Sessions are provided at no additional cost to the client. This service is complimentary with any qualifying offer of fifty dollars or more.

An Integration Session is a brief follow-up offered after a previously rendered service to support continuity and stabilization over time. This session is scheduled after an agreed-upon interval between practitioner and client, allowing awareness, regulation, or insight from the prior service to settle naturally before being revisited.

No new service is introduced during an Integration Session. Its purpose is not to add, expand, or redirect the original work, but to observe how the system has integrated what was already experienced. The session provides space to notice what has stabilized, what may still be reorganizing, and how the effects of the prior service are expressing themselves in daily life.

These sessions are approximately fifteen minutes in duration. They are intentionally brief to avoid overstimulation or overprocessing, and to support continuity without disruption. If additional services are requested by the client, extended time or a separate session may be scheduled accordingly.

An Integration Session is not instructional, corrective, or outcome-driven. It does not solicit further services or introduce new objectives. The role of the practitioner is to remain neutral and grounded, supporting clarity through observation rather than intervention.

This offering is particularly supportive when insight, regulation, or energetic shifts are still unfolding and benefit from gentle acknowledgment rather than additional input.
