1. Scheduling

You are responsible for selecting a date and time that fits your schedule.
2. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Appointments are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Requests made with less notice are handled case-by-case and may be assessed a $20 rescheduling fee.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made:
-24+ hours in advance — no fee. Rescheduling made available.
-Less than 24 hours — may be charged, rescheduling fee.
-No-shows — charged in full, no refund. Rescheduling fee will be assessed if services are selected to be continued.
This protects the reserved time and availability for other clients.
5. Session Start & Late Arrival
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time unless approved by practitioner.
If you arrive late, the session will still end as scheduled to maintain fairness and timing for all appointments.
Late arrival does not guarantee an extended session.
6. Technology Responsibility (for virtual sessions)
You are responsible for having:
-a stable internet connection
-a quiet environment
-a functional device
If technical issues occur on the client side, the session time may still be counted.
7. Conduct & Safety

The practitioner may decline or stop a session if safety or conduct becomes a concern.

This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for services offered by The Seed of Life Holistic Wellness.
1. Appointment Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with advance notice.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged a rescheduling fee of $20, to be secured before rescheduling occurs.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are billed at the full session rate and classified as services rendered. No refunds will apply. If rescheduling is applicable, a rescheduling fee of $20 will be assessed and secured before new appointment is set.
This ensures fairness and respects the time reserved for each client.
2. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule:
Requests made 24+ hours in advance will be moved to a new time at no additional cost. This action can be done directly through the appointment website interface. Confirmation emails will also contain the link.
Requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may reflect a rescheduling fee of $20.
3. Refunds for Services
Because the services provided are time-based and personalized:
Services already completed are non-refundable.
Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable.
Any unused time, by any reason, can be rescheduled for a different day and time.
4. Refunds for Products or Merchandise
All sales are final.
5. Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable due to their immediate accessibility.
If a download issue occurs, support will be provided to ensure access.
6. Practitioner Cancellations
If the practitioner must cancel or reschedule:
You will be notified as soon as possible.
You may choose to reschedule the session at your discretion.
Cancellations initiated by the practitioner will never incur a fee to the client. Compensation may be considered by the practitioner.
7. Payment Issues
Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Failed, disputed, or reversed payments will result in the cancellation of future appointment(s) until resolved.
