Sound is introduced as a regulatory input. As tones, rhythms, and frequencies are applied, attention remains on how the body responds physically, emotionally, and mentally. Sensations, shifts in breath, and emerging thoughts are observed as feedback, guiding which frequencies support balance.
The session adapts in real time. Sound is adjusted based on the system’s response, allowing regulation to develop through resonance. Each system responds differently, and the process follows what supports steadiness and coherence.
Dialogue may be included to support awareness of how sound is being received and how different frequencies influence the system. The exchange remains practical and observational.
Sound Regulation is supportive when the system feels overstimulated, mentally active, or fragmented. It provides an external point of orientation that allows awareness to settle and internal rhythm to stabilize.
